LATAM.property collects account, listing, enquiry and marketplace activity data needed to operate the service. We use reasonable security controls, role-based access and Supabase row-level security to limit access.
Users can request access, correction or deletion of account data. Marketplace messages, transaction records or moderation records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute handling.
